Cancellation Policy

We strive to manage an effective schedule that ensures your wait time is minimal.  This time is set aside especially for you. We look forward to making your visit pleasant, comfortable, and productive. In the unlikely event that you are unable to make your appointment we ask that you give us two business days notice to properly allow us to notify other patients who are awaiting their treatment needs.  Appointments scheduled with our hygiene department for routine cleaning and periodontal maintenance which are cancelled without two business days notice will be charged a $40 late cancel fee. Appointments scheduled for treatment with Dr. Cueto which are cancelled without two business days notice will be charged $75/hour of time scheduled. Late cancel charges must be paid prior to rescheduling any further appointments. After 3 broken or late cancel appointments we will no longer schedule back.
